Yoga

There are so many benefits to yoga. From increasing your flexibility to achieving your first handstand, you can't deny that yoga is a satisfying workout. To burn extra calories, look into doing Hot Yoga!

Hiking

Since you're outside in nature you won't even feel like you're working out. Increase your cardiovascular and overall health by hiking and even get awesome pics along the way. 

 

Bike Riding
Great for the environment and the best way to get around a city. Riding your bike will keep you cool on hot days as you'll feel a light breeze your face while you ride. Great for improving your joint mobility and increase strength especially in your legs.



Long Walks
Such an underrated exercise! On average, people get about 3,000 to 4,000 steps a day, but research says that we need to take about 10,000 steps a day. Many people use this form of exercise to build themselves up for running or even start their fitness journey! Walking is great for anyone at any fitness level.

Sports
Increase your athleticism with playing any sport you're interested in. Improve your coordination, concentration, and team building skills through playing sports all while burning calories.

Boxing 
High intensity workouts to an extreme! Punch out all your stress and learn self-dense skills all while burning calories. 

Dancing 
Turn up the music and get jiggy with it. Definitely the most enjoyable and fun workout on the market. There are so many dance videos on the internet to help get you moving and grooving.

Weight Lifting
This comes to no surprise as we are a fitness company. Learning how to properly perform the compound movements will benefit you in the long run and help with everyday movements.



Jump Rope

Affordable, efficient and can be done anywhere! Jumping for 30 minutes can get you burning over 500 calories and the results are amazing. Start with jumping for 5 minutes and build your way up and you will see results in no time.
